6/RETURNS POLICY (FOR TELEPHONE AND INTERNET ORDERS ONLY)
If you are not happy with your purchase you can return it to us AT YOUR OWN COST for a refund less original postage charges (unless the item is defective or not as described, in which case we will refund all carriage costs as well).
Simply return it in its original condition and packaging within 7 days of receipt, we will exchange it or replace it with an item of similar value or give you a refund as above. This refund will be completed within 30 days of receipt of the goods. Before goods are returned for replacement, an authorisation number MUST be obtained from the office and documentation enclosed with the goods stating: a. The Name Of The Sender. b. *The Reasons For The Return.(*This information is OPTIONAL but helps us in monitoring product quality) c. The Return Authorisation Number. Failure to include the above documentation will delay processing of returns. 7/ NB. Instrument repairs left uncollected for more than 12 months from the date of repair will be sold off to recoup our repair and storage costs.
